Q: Is this plan actually personalized to me, or is it a template with my name on it?
A: It is truly custom — built entirely from scratch based on your intake form. There are no recycled templates. After you fill out your form, I personally review your diagnosis, treatment history, symptoms, eating patterns, goals, and anything else you share, and I build every section of your plan specifically around you. That is why I only create a limited number of plans each month. It takes real time and real thought. What you receive reflects your stage, your needs, and your life.
Q: I am afraid to eat the "wrong" foods. Will this plan make that worse?
A: No — and this is actually one of the biggest reasons people come to me. These plans are built to reduce food fear, not add to it. My goal is for you to walk away knowing exactly what you can eat — and feeling excited about it. You will likely be adding more foods back in, not cutting them out. Nothing in your plan will be expensive, hard to find, or require a total lifestyle overhaul. Simple, evidence-based, cheerleading-for-you guidance is what this is about. Q: I am a caregiver for someone with cancer. Can I get a plan to help support them?
A: Yes — and this is one of the most loving things you can do. As a caregiver, you can fill out the intake form on behalf of the person you are supporting, sharing their diagnosis, treatment, symptoms, eating habits, and goals. The plan will be built to guide you in how to nourish and support them through every pillar — what to cook, how to encourage movement and hydration, how to support their sleep and reduce stress in the home. You do not have to figure it out alone.
Q: What if I am going on vacation soon? Should I wait until I get back to start?

Q: What does the plan actually look like? How long is it?
A: Your custom plan is typically around 35 pages and is delivered as a private, view-only Google Document. It is organized around my 5-pillar Approach - The NED Method™ and includes a welcome note, your personalized nutrition guidance (with food lists, protein and calorie targets, recipes, and a grocery list), hydration strategies, a movement plan, stress and self-care tools, and sleep support. Q: What if I do not have recent labs or chart notes to share?
A: You do not need them. Recent labs are not required to receive your plan. If you do have labs, chart notes, or other medical files you would like me to review, you are welcome to upload up to five files directly in your intake form — and I will factor them in. But if you do not have them or would rather not share them, your plan will still be fully built and tailored to everything else you share with me.
Q: What do I do after the 30 days?
A: A few options — and all of them are good ones. Many clients find that the 30 days teaches them a whole new way of eating, moving, sleeping, and living that they carry forward on their own. The plan does not disappear after a month — you keep it, refer back to it, and continue building on it. Most clients use theirs for 60+ days.
