- More movement beyond exercise to reduce cancer risk

My style of coaching as your cancer dietitian is simple and clear - no fluff! So I will be sharing things you can do each day and why, and then cheering you on as you do them :)

Studies have shown that following WCRF’s diet and lifestyle recommendations lower cancer risk, risk of other chronic diseases and help people live a longer and healthier life. This is what I base all recommendations on and I make sure to create challenges and guide you with simplified instruction.
Do I get to watch the replays if I cannot make the live during the 30-day live challenge? YES! You have access to the challenge for a total of 30 days to watch and enjoy the 2 live trainings.
